Default Strongest DCEU / MCU character that DCEU Shazam can beat?

I haven't seen SHAZAM! yet ... and probably won't until Redbox or HBO gets it. But I don't mind being spoiled here.

Based on on-screen feats, who is the most powerful character in either the DCEU or MCU that can be beaten by the empowered Billy Batson?

Can be hero, villain, or other. Standard Rumbles settings.

Scarlet Witch is my first guess. She's one of the more powerful glass cannons around.

What about Dr. Strange? Same idea as Witch. Super powerful but takes a second to get going.

Wanda’s offensive capabilities are pretty limited compared to Strange’s aresenal. Billy’s powers might not mean as much if Strange can send them on an LSD trip through the mirror dimension before Billy makes contact.

He can't do that before Billy makes contact, though. Billy pastes him at the bell.

Anyone with human durability and no superspeed on either MCU or DCEU is dead, no matter their offensive output. So yeah, Dr Strange is probably the most powerful guy around with no immediate durability or superspeed to help him. Do we think Billy can rip the mind stone out of Vision's head before he can react?

Yeah, pretty much. Billy hasn't used his speed in combat but he can still run into someone like a battering ram as his opening move.
