So I'm a little confused. Sue is a spy, but she's running around in her FF costume??? Or are they just showing that for the covers? Or is the point to make her the spy operating in plain sight?

The covers have her in her FF uniform, but that may not represent what is inside. She may just be in normal clothes throughout for all we know.
I hope they give her a unique uniform because as you said it makes no sense for her to wear her FF uniform.Be sure to check out the Invisible Woman appreciation thread!
