Both are B-tier kind of fighters, but unless Sable has been getting some serious props, I'm going to give this one to Arsenal. Better weapons, to start with, with more area affecting stuff.
Mileage may vary, and I'm not totally sold on the idea. Curious what others think.Why are we here?

Don't know the Arsenal stuff, but I generally like the person using a firearm over a bow, when said person has both feats for being comic book quick with it, and who has absolutely no issue at all with shooting to kill.
