Based off of 1 youtube videos worth of knowledge (only finished half of it lol) im not sure she has the speed and oomph to one shot Thanos.

If she doesn't one shot, he closes his fist and fuses her into the earth or blankets the arena in moon sundering energies.

She's roughly a nationbuster (nuked all of Elvengarde with one spell during the old war because their antiflight wards upset her). She's also deflected or contained a nuclear explosion while it was happening, and she maybe face tanked a kinetic weapon that impacted hard enough to cause a nuclear explosion, but we don't see whether she portalled out before or after (though she definitely didn't emerge from the other end of the portal until well after and her portals are generally instant travel, so the implication is that she tanked it). If she DIDN'T facetank it, then she's fast enough to portal away from something that has enough impact force to go nuclear like that, after it's fired.

Edit: And she can create massive pocket-realities that follow her rules. We only ever see that when she uses it for Manifestation Shiritori though, so it's hard to say what she can actually do with it in combat. That said, being able to just make a functional universe that can include concepts she doesn't even know, for the sake of playing a word game, is a scale beyond anything the reality stone did, so likely able to protect herself from that, at least.

Sounds like she just continent vaporizes Thanos. She was decently fast based on her avoiding that nuke bullet
