Default Swapping Marvel heroes and villains

The Watcher gives you the opportunity to convert some Marvel villains to heroes, but you have to sacrifice an equal number of good guys to the dark side to maintain the cosmic balance.

You can swap as many or as few as you would like as long as there are an equal number of heroes and villains replacing each other.

Oh, and the definition of villain and hero are open to interpretation, so don't get too worked up if someone thinks your hero is already a villain or vice versa. With how comics are written they've probably all done some bad or good at some point.

    I will start things off:

    Villains to Heroes:
    1. Mysterio
    2. M.O.D.O.K.
    3. Juggernaut
    4. Monica Rappaccini
    5. Baby Thanos

    Heroes to Villains:
    1. Rocket Raccoon
    2. Honeybadger
    3. Iron Fist
    4. Cloak
    5. Gambit
    Baby Thanos

The first thing that popped in my head was Hank Pym and Ultron.

We've seen the good version of ULtron with Ultron Mark 12, and Hank going absolutely nuts every thing he's been through in recent years wouldn't be that shocking.

    Villains to Heroes
    1. Sabretooth -he was better that way

    Heroes to Villains
    1. Colossus -just swap out a hero I don't care much about. lol

May add to the list after work. But for now, Sabretooth is the one Heel-Face Turn I wanted to stick. He's reverted now, and sounding as one-note as lame as ever. lol

Honey Badger is an interesting choice because she's just so darn affirming. I like the idea of someone who is generally considered to be a ray of sunshine to turn out bad (or to turn out to have been bad the whole time!).

My top choice would be the new Wasp, Nadia. It comes out that Maria Pym never actually had a child, and that Nadia is a Manchurian candidate of sorts, who, 99% of the time, totally believes that she's the 'daughter of Hank Pym' and a girl-genius-hero, and not the latest product of the Red Room. (Alternately, Maria Pym was a Soviet/Russian agent *the whole time* and faked her death to get back home with all the technical secrets she'd stolen from Hank, and 'Nadia' is a younger clone she made of herself and sent to continue the fakeout, gathering yet more secret super-hero / genius information for her 'mother,' the science-queen of the new Red Room.)

Polaris as head of a new not-a-joke Mutant Liberation Front would be interesting, following for once in her fathers footsteps, and impressing even him with how far she'll take it. Add in a few other traditionally heroic mutants like Sunfire and Aurora and it could get interesting.

As for villain to hero, I love a lot of X-villains who have already flirted with the turn, like Deathbird, Frenzy and Unuscione.

So, this is basically "Marvel AXIS" all over again, huh? Sorry, but if bad guys can't turn goog without good guys turning bad, I'm not interested.

I know is difficult to imagine it, but I would have liked Carnage stayed inversed after AXIS, so Marvel could be a little less dangerous.

He's a neat choice, in that he was primarily a villain because his home country was an enemy at the time, but could be considered a superhero in his home country.

(Ditto the Titanium Man and Crimson Dynamo, classic Iron Man 'villains.')

Nowadays these characters are more quasi-heroes in a similar way to Maria Hill and Quartermain, so I’m not sure if they still count as villains.

So, quite similar to Red Son Superman?
