Which Green Lantern friendship is the best: Green Arrow or The Flash?

In the years that the Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) has in DC Comics, he has two great friendships: one with Green Arrow (Oliver Queen), and one with the Flash (Barry Allen). However, those two don't really get along. So, I was wondering, which one of them happened to be the better friend to Hal?

I voted neither because essentially DC has written off Hal. He's next to never on Earth and those friendships he had back in the 70's are gone forever. His best friend might be John Stewart. Although I think John and Guy are closer. Probably Hal has no best friend since he's always in space.

Hal and Barry were sort of the Silver Age era's Beetle and Booster.
I remember my comic shop guy would tell me how readers of Flash would often be readers of GL and readers of GL would often be readers of Flash.

However, the Green Lantern/Green Arrow run by O'Neil and Adams made a big impression.

It's a hard one. On one hand Green Arrow often seems so close to Hal that it's like they are brothers. They argue and tease each other and are so familiar. Barry on the other hand feels more like a solid dependable friend. Hal doesn't appear to have as "fun" a time with Barry but seems to open up to Barry more for advice and in moments of weakness since Barry is such a well put-together, clear-headed guy and Hal wasn't always.

I voted Barry but I expected Ollie to win...interesting

I would say Ollie. Their politics may differ but at the end of the day their personalities are more similar. I can see Hal and Ollie getting a beer after saving the day. Barry would probably want to go back to the lab and start working on the next case.
