The narration isn't Gabby - pay attention to the mention of time travel. It's Bishop.
If Gabby can still use her claws, why bother giving her an inhibitor collar? It's only suppressing her healing factor, which is a defensive power, not one she can use to harm others.

Forget the claws, the real problem are her weird toes! Why is Forge letting this chaos fiend run around sockless?! This reality deserves to collapse in on itself.
