you mean Neron who did suffer a major setback when he was corrupted by the power of the love wally and Linda felt for each other which he had appropriated in order to gain access to the speed force heaven and had vowed to wrought vengeance upon them so this could be his deviltry as he may have at last gained access to the speed force when Barry and Wally broke the force barrier and corrupted the power inside Wally which led to the hic incident.
