Are they really making Ace stick? Where did that even come from?

I feel like Wallace would be more open to a team-up with his older cousin but maybe he's trying to be responsible...or he's bummed Barry's gone.

Exactly. It first came up last month. He suggested several nicknames, and Ace wasn't mentioned, so I guessed that's what they'd go with. They're both Wallace Rudolph West, hence why Wallace stopped calling himself Wally. But the older Wally feels like he's calling him by his own name.

I believe it was in Flash forward where we saw a panel of the original Wally meeting Barry art only for it to change to Wally holding a baby Wallace

While he is right about Flash Forward showing that scene, yes, Year One had already done the retcon.

Man this issue was fun, just good family time with Wally and Wallace....although the heck was that Legion of Doom tease?
