Wonder Woman skill sets are suppose to be what? Like speed? Despite what Dc has posted Diana has shown to be fast. Sometimes keeping up with Superman.

But does superhuman durability equate to bullet proof? I think for a lot of internet people it does. I believe that Berger and Perez as elaborated upon by Byrne and Rucka suffiently capture her powers in such a way as to realize one of the principle pillars of her design: "Invincible yet human"

Her swift healing, Amazon training, and the protections afforded her by her bracelets as described by them covers all the bases.

    Under the PreFlashpoint design.

There has not been a comparable level thought put in to the character with 52. Rucka wasn't around long enough after Rebirth provide all of the supporting details. But what he did get to illustrate is that neither her armour nor her skin is bullet proof--and that bullet wounds do not do much more than annoy her.

She is not human and never was human. Now she has direct God blood in her viens. And before she was a clay figure brought to life by Gods that gave her Godly powers. Some versions are bulletproof. Some aren't. But all versions have power far above human level. And all versions can take hits from heavy hitters and attacks from Gods. I don't think the susceptible point to bullets is needed. After all her healing is good enough to avoid life threating damage from things like that. So why not use her healing for bigger things? She doesn't need to have an especifict soft spot to bullets to justify her bracelets. The bracelets should be there to defend her against big super over the top powerful attacks. She has plenty of powerful opponents in her gallery, and in the JL. The bracelets will always have a reason to be there.

True, Starlight25. Plus, why get hit by something when you can Dodge it or block it with bracelets?

Unless some degree of her strength is actually a form of psychokinesis.

You could literally say that about any super strength user. Hell, that was Superman during the Byrne years.
