I remain stunned that Catwoman is selling so well.

Not a good sign that Young Justice is so low on issue #3.

Did it have a racy variant? The story is either really good or it the Supergirl Artgerm effect.
    Then again Catwoman is popular.

Harley, Bats and TBWL are the King's and Queen of Gotham.

Supersons and Nightwing lost their zing once they got messed up which is a shame.

TT is holding for a team half made up of unknowns.

Yep it's looking not so good for YJ being only at no 3. Surprising considering it's got 4 well established characters with existing fanbases on the roster.

RHATO seems to have dropped with his return to Gotham but that title had better numbers at issue 3.

People are also reading it to check in on Selina's progress post-wedding to see when she finally comes back to Batman.

I'm surprised about Batgirl, comic sales are usually 30K-29K, but Batgirl 33 has 24K. Maybe the change of the artist for the variant affect this at some level.

Well, Catwoman #9 has an Artgerm variant cover, that's probably why its sales are so high this month. Harley Quinn #59 also has an Artgerm variant cover.

Those variants can do wonders. I remember Supergirl's sales figures before and after the variants.
Does it work the same for the male characters I wonder?

Batman Who Laughs enjoying that Snyder bump.

    Good sales for Catwoman .

Poor Nightwing...in more ways then one .

Batgirl at least seems stable at the above 20K line. Not really expecting it to go much higher though.

At least, the fall for Young Justice #3 was softer than the previous month:

    Young Justice #1 73,952
    Young Justice #2 37,081
    Young Justice #3 33,683

That said, the numbers are still worrisome if they keep falling at some level.

It sold roughly 10K more than the previous issue, the Art Gem Covers seem really to have an massive effect.

A massive drop after the first issue is normal, the big question is if the numbers will stablize soon, or if it keeps bleeding off readers.

I wouldn't blame the return to Gotham, as much as people not interested in Jason going alone (without the dynamic with Artemis and Bizarro it had before). I mean, people who didn't buy March issue didn't get to read him returning to Gotham. Issue #32 was when he returned and had even Batman showing up and being with a supporting cast again. Whereas in issue #31, he was still mostly alone dealing with the conclusion of Solitary's arc. So people dropped the book before the start of the new story arc and decided not to return before knowing what or where the next story would be. April's may be better, I don't know: the new arc is looking pretty interesting so far and I think word of mouth could give the book a little bit of a bost (as it happened with a few issues before 26, iirc). I think bringing back Bizarro and Artemis could help a bit, but I don't really know, either: just a guess. In any case, those sales are about the usual for the book, I think. A bit low, but around the mark (anyone who knows better, feel free to point otherwise).
