Seeking Image - Hero on rooftop overlooking city on fire

Hi, Im trying to find a particular image but I cant remember the comic or even the character.
The hero is standing on the edge of a building's roof, overlooking the city where there are a number of fires and columns of smoke rising.
The camera is behind the character looking down.
Im not even 100% sure its Batman, but it might be.
I think this image was quite well known, and was full page, if not cover.
Does this ring a bell for anyone?
