Hi,I recently playing this game and have finished the main storyline,but still have 2 blanks at most wanted,
one is Deadshot and another one is Black Prisoner I trust,and I check the guide online and it says to unlock
Deadshot I should finish the casefile 1224-4,and to let it happen I should stroll around at Bowery or Industrial District,
but no matter what I do just can't get the phone call by Alfred,is the guide information correct ?
