CyberFrog #1 and #2 1994 both signed

Just going through some comics I aquired and it turns out I have both of these in plastic and signed. They are both black and white inside. I read they are a bit scarce. does anyone know what they are worth? also would it be worth it to get it certified. Can it still be certified for the autograph?
