Well contrary to the off panel story, the Forgers pretty much alive and kicking on panel. And given the state of the (depowered) Monitor one would have to assume even if Barbatos actually did at some point beat his Creator, it was more likely through deception and using his minions

In any case Perpetua's well above them both so it's a non factor
