I don't read many monthly titles with any regularity, but the current RUNAWAYS series got me back into comic shops for the first time in three years. I've also very much enjoyed what I've read so far of UNSTOPPABLE WASP.
Continuity, even in a "shared" comics universe is often insignificant if not largely detrimental to the quality of a comic.

Difficult to say, but month in month out I seem to enjoy these the most

    Uncanny X-Men
    Conan the Barbarian
    Savage Sword of Conan
    Captain America

    Immortal Hulk (modern classic)
Unbeatable Squirrel Girl (Marvel's most consistently great book and the most fun too)
    Runaways (character work perfection)
Invaders (Zdarsky is hitting it out of the park with this one. And I'm not even a fan of the team)
Guardians of the Galaxy (epic scale and great characterizations)

    Honorable mentions:
    Amazing Spider-Man (classic Spidey fun)
Captain America (it's great, but I'm way more interested in the supporting cast than in the main character)
Tony Stark: Iron Man (would be higher, but the current arc could have been shorter)
Ironheart (truly fresh, it's the new Ms Marvel in my heart since Kamala's new series is only ok)
Champions (art and story aren't as good and consistent as the last run, but it's still great)

Truly sad the X-books are in such a bad state, as they used to be my favorites.

Immortal Hulk and Runaways are Marvel's best IMHO.

I am also enjoying Aaron's Avengers and Taylor's Friendly Neighbor Spider-man.
