    Angel Dust is in a higher weight class. She's strong enough to possibly rip his head off and override his healing.

    Yeah, all it will take to end the fight is for Angel Dust to land one punch. That will be enough to slow Lizard down enough for her to finish him.

    Honestly though, I'm not sure that Angel Dust has the speed or stamina to catch up to Lizard before she just falls asleep or something.
