Arrogant much, Hickman? Your X-books had better live up to the hype!

I don’t think anyone but the people involved hyped up Disass and Age of Incel though.

I didn't answer the pole. There should have been a middle choice. I'm taking a wait and see attitude about this. I'd like some new fresh ideas for the X-Men, but I don't want to see everything that I like about them destroyed or retconned either. I'm not a "three sheets to the wind" kind of person. Wish people who make polls would learn not to write all or nothing choices.

This is gonna be good! A single writer having total control hasn't happened since what? Claremont? I wonder how all these editors truly feel? I don't think they are happy at all.

Oh yes, I remember all the hype. "No one survives the experience".

Most of the characters in this page didn't do anything worthwhile and ended up in AU that will soon be rebooted.

Some of the characters wasn't in it like Havok, Cypher, Rachel Summers, Gambit, Dazzler etc

I've said it before on another thread, but I'd just like to restate - either the NXM characters get a prominant role (as characters, not corpses) or I'm simply tuning out.
I've bought every issue of disassambled, and am currently buying every issue of NextGen as it comes out - not interested in the rest all that much.

If he can write as good as Claremont , then I prefer a single writer rather than multiple writers who write the same character differently.

I haven't met a writer as good as Claremont ever since he left.

Ed Brisson was good on Extermination but I don't quite like 'AU' or 'past/future selves' storylines. I also like Ed Brisson's UXM Annual #1 featuring return of Cyclops.

Rosenberg run has some good character interactions, twists and turns, cliffhanger at every issue. If only he was given more time to develop some of his plots and not feel so rushed. He should not have an overbloated team and too many villains.

I didn't like Rosenberg 'Phoenix Resurrection', it was boring and overstretched though.

So Ed Brisson's writing seems to be better than Rosenberg.

I'd say dump Rosenberg, but I don't want Rosenberg touching other Marvel franchises, so yes, give him more mootants.

ed likes boom-boom so I'm ride or die on that brisson kissin' as long as they don't give him anything important to botch again like exxxtentacion (and also if he gives me more tab)

I wonder what they might name Hickman's flagship title after HOX/POX concludes.

Uncanny X-Men would be the most natural, but it was just canceled (again), so might not give the right impression.
