I'm pretty sure I remember the dude shrugging off a nuke and taking down fighter jets at the very least.

Theoretically John Horus has versions of all the other powers of The Guns refined into a single power set for himself and his eyes. How many eyes did he have to sacrifice in order to survive the nuke and he himself could still still fly.
