Flash grenade against Dr. Light (would that work?) - then punishes him for raping Sue Dibny in a VERY nasty way!
Scarecrow - Dr Crane could use gas that gives him a phobia of guns/loud noises/blood.
Deathstroke :
Ringmaster - would the hypno hat work on a guy with one eye?
Who else? Feel free to suggest Hitman, Vigilante, Solo , Foolkiller etc.

I mean, this feels like it's a thread with ulterior motive beyond an actual contest.
We have an intentional curbstomps thread right there.
Dr Light should kill Frank in the arena fairly easily I think. Comes down a quickdraw.

Yeah, Light destroys Frank, but Frank kills the pants off Scarecrow before his fear gas has any effect. Yes, I said he kills the pants off him.
However Deathstroke kills all of those Marvel villains quite handily.
These are not good match-ups.
