I'm a Thor fan and I really like what the MCU has done with the character but as a Thor purist that read many of the silver age adventures I'm biased towards a more traditional Thor so you might not find weird my favorite movie is Thor: The Dark World. I also rank much higher the almost forgotten Incredible Hulk as I liked this movie, yes, the CGI wasn't there yet but that fight with the Abomination and many elements of the story were really well put together, so with that out of the way here's my ranking:

The Guardians characters have just never resonated with me. Especially in GOTG2. No one was likable and the story was not compelling. Also, I think the recent run of films from Homecoming through Endgame (minus Ant-Man and the Wasp) is the best the MCU has ever been.

Winter Soldier and Civil War were great. The Avengers movies have all been solid. I liked Iron Man and Iron Man 3 quite a bit. Captain Marvel was entertaining. I liked the Hulk with Ed Norton and Jennifer Connolly.

Everything else I've either not seen or disliked by a wide margin (Thor 3 and GotG2 I couldn't get through).

Infinity War and End Game is almost like comparing Kill Bill Volume 1 and 2 since they're effectively two halfs of the same movie so I just rank them together.

Forgive the excess of commentary, but it's what I like to see on people's lists... (and these are definitely "favorite" and not "best" movie rankings):

22. The Incredible Hulk (I'm a fan of Ang Lee's flawed but fascinating attempt)

20. Thor: The Dark World (enjoyed the Loki content)
19. Doctor Strange (obligatory viewing, this sums up the height of superhero burnout, for me)
18. & 17. Ant Man &/or Ant Man and the Wasp (same level of "meh, that was fun" for me)
16. Captain America: The First Avenger (... I appreciate but have never been able to watch this whole movie without falling asleep)
15. Captain Marvel (it's hasty and has some Very Bad Dialogue, but I was living for Talos and this take on the Skrulls)
14. Iron Man 2 (dumb and uneven, but it's still RDJ as Iron Man, and his and GP's Pepper have even more hilarious chemistry than I remembered)
13. - 11. The Avengers, The Avengers: Age of Ultron, Captain America: Winter Soldier (honestly all on the same plane of "watched it, enjoyed it, forgot it" for me)
10. Captain America: Civil War (probably as well as anyone could have possibly told a story around an ultimately forced conflict)
9. Avengers: Infinity War (two halves of one movie, I guess, but I'm finding this one is way less interesting to re-watch)
8. Black Panther (a better movie than some I have ranked higher, but *because* it is better I find its MCUisms bother me more, especially that final punch-fest)
7. Spider-Man: Homecoming (great fun, fits the MCU perfectly, but missing most of what I love most about Spider-Man)
6. Iron Man 3 (aside from BP and the GotG, Tony's is the only arc I've been emotionally invested in, and I'm a ride or die defender of this movie being Good, Actually)
5. Thor: Ragnarok
3. & 4. Guardians of the Galaxy &/or Guardians Vol. 2 (once I got over my complicated "but this is Farscape" feelings, I loved 'em)
2. Avengers: Endgame (purely for what it accomplishes as an "ending" and for Tony's arc; see below)
1. Iron Man (the only MCU movie I've compulsively re-watched for the sheer fun and thrill; up there with Spiderverse and Spider-Man 2 in my all time faves)

I'm still processing how much Endgame changed my feelings (I don't even want to say "thoughts", it was more of a gut reaction) about previous MCU movies. I was on team, "I'm burnt out with the MCU, I never cared about the Avengers, I have mixed feelings about how this phenomenon is impacting creative trends/audience expectations of film" for years, for all that I truly love superheroes. My change of heart speaks to how important a real ending and sense of finality are to telling a good story, I think. I had what I'd describe as a "last episode of Cowboy Bebop" moment watching Endgame-- it elevated my opinion of the handling of character development over the whole course of this effort.
