Jessie Eisenberg as Lex Luthor.
Cara Delevingne as The Enchantress.
I think the problem with the Enchantress was less the casting and more how horribly written the character was. I don't think any actress could have done anything with that mess.
Fair enough.
Enchantress for sure. Girl can't act and was poorly directed.
Lex is understandably controversial because he didn't look or acted much like Lex. However, I liked Jesse's acting for the most part, except when they had him acting all nervous and neurotic (like 3 scenes). But he was charismatic and very cunning to me. He was the first Lex that seemed really dangerous to Superman. His portrayal in the deleted JL scene was much better. So my conclusion is, I liked Jesse in the role, but his hair and some of the portrayal was annoying.
I think I loved/liked the rest of the DCEU cast.

Lex and Barry IMO.
why some don't like Ezra as Flash? Because his personality in real life?
I found him really charming, but he needs to learn to run better...
In fact I hadn't well read the title, I had confused miscast and mistake!
For me, the worst miscast is Will Smith in Suicide Squad, not because of him specifically, but in how his involvment changed the nature and focus of the movie.
I did like Ezra Miller in Justice League, not a typical Barry Allen, but fun character. He's not at all the worst thing in the DCEU;
Lex Luthor!!!!
Most of that can be blamed on shit writing though.
Eisenberg as Lex Luthor.
I could see what he was going for but it didn't work at all.
Jared Leto as the Joker turned out pretty ridiculous because Leto decided to ham it up very badly.
