In the last issue of the latest series, Oliver was lamenting about the loss of Roy and Emiko. Roy, being obvious, because he was killed, but Emiko? What did he lose her to? He told Damian to ask her to join the Teen Titans, but was that the reason? He didn't want her to join?

I wouldn't be surprised if he views sending Emiko away, even if he felt it was good for her, as a "loss" since she was one of the people he was closest to and she has her own thing now.
