Mystique is next.
Frankie Raye is impossible to forget.

Then Black Widow...although her hair color wasn't originally red.

I know when she debuted in Iron Man she had black hair, but I think it's been pretty effectively established that she's a natural redhead since there've been flashbacks to her youth where she's had red hair (other more knowledgeable Black Widow fans, feel free to correct me).

Non-powered I would argue that Mary Jane is the no. 1 redhead of the Marvel universe.
As for people with powers, I would say Jean is the most prominant with the most exposure. But my personal bias and personal pick is Medusa. She deserves a mention for the volume of her crimson locks alone. :P

Mary Jane Watson, Jean Grey, Black Widow, the most popular ones and well known by everyone.
My personal favourite is Lorelei, asgardian goddess and sister of the Enchantress, though she's more reddish blonde than other thing but still.
