    You'll have to read the entirety of the first volume of Superior Spider-Man to understand the transition. Doc Ock, while in Peter's body, founded Parker Industries using a doctorate that Peter himself hadn't earned. Following Superior, read the 4th and 5th volumes of Amazing Spider-Man (2014-2015, and 2015-2018)
