LOL! Do not mess around in that forum.

On the other hand this would go over fine there. LOL!

And could be the reason you and icctrombone neglected to note Ravin' Ray had already posted pretty much the same idea, but you didn't notice that cover? LOL

While Ravin' Ray's entry wasn't exploitative, it also showed Susan already completely invisible, while icctrombone's Frank Cho cover shows her in the actual process of vanishing. Grammar matters.

I wasn't aware that my cover was somewhat disqualified because there was another Invisible girl cover. And also, isn't there a rule against talking negatively about an entry ?

I don't think there is a rule like that, and I posted an infamous cover once in a previous week that got talked about, yet I still won with it.

Voting is closed, thank you and good night. Now for the tally, I know you're all in suspense.

21 votes were cast for 14 different entries, so it was a fairly wide spread.

9 entries received 1 vote each.
entries by Rob Allen, Kirby 101, icctrombone, and Shalla Bal received 2 votes each

and our winning entry, with 4 votes, was by Ravin' Ray.

Congrats RR, look forward to seeing what you come up with for the next contest.

Thank you all for the vote! I'm about to leave the office and to go my LCS to pick up my week's pull list so I'll have plenty of time to think of a theme to post when I get home.
