[Cleric of Hell’s Brigade]

The creature was to be a child of sorts for a intentionally barren madwoman. Interesting. Yet another contingency, and perhaps a mote of happiness for her own when she forcibly reunited with her unwilling parents.

Parsley sighed when her insight failed. The creature offered to download them for her. Which, naturally, meant that if she wished to view them later, the thing had to be spared. Such a clever bargaining tactic, she thought to herself.

'Very well. Do as you suggested.' She frowned and stepped away from the computer. It had fulfilled its usefulness to her. If Sarada's messages over the comms were any indication, the battle was about to see the tide turn in their favor. 'This base, I believe, will be destroyed soon. Do you have a means of transport?'

‘It is done.’

A data cube ejects from the computer for Parsley to take.

‘Destroyed? No, I do not have a means of transport. This facility is very powerful and dangerous. Are you going to destroy it or let the self destruction sequence do so for you?’

At this point, the itching was becoming something of a bother, but Ishtar found herself far more curious than before. This ... child was not at all what she might have expected.

'Another contingency ... she was at the least, thorough.' Though it seemed that there was more than simply this one. One had to wonder if they were out there ... somewhere. 'It might come ... as some relief ... that she saw her folly in the end and seeks to make amends ... as for you,' the Oni thought to her softly.

'I cannot find it ... to kill you. No reason ... and your path is not set. Though you certainly cannot stay here, can you ?'

‘That is good. Mother was sad. Perhaps...perhaps she will be happier in her amends. Thanks you, for that.’

It pauses again before answering.

‘It appears I cannot, and neither can you. The facility is compromised and someone has remotely triggered the self destruction sequences one minute ago. Curious, no on should be able to do that. Neither mother or I could. If I am correct, you have five minutes to exit the facility before it explodes.’

One hit. One kill. Striking that particular spot on the forehead did the trick, and turned the entire thing into a puddle of goop. Sarada smirked and spoke up again. "Hey guys. Aim for the small discolored spot on their foreheads. That's their weak spot."

After informing the others, she noticed that five more were literally coming out of the walls and making a straight line for the ship. "No you don't!" She flew a them at full speed, firing blast after blast aimed at the weakspots.

Those five are gone, but ten more have now appeared.

They all seem taken care until she sees ten more emerge.

"Aw come on!" Dash exclaims, then clenches her fists. Slamming her fists together, she activates full Thunderstorm [Raiu]. Moving in on each one at high speed, one Golem at a time, she kicks or punches with enough force to create a sonic blast that strikes the same spot twice. Once they collapse, she moves on to the next one.

Sasheem, you cannot find a central area. Instead it dawns on you that the entire facility is the generator. The unique property of this different Katchin as allowed the First Race to empower the entire asteroid. Unless the entire thing was destroyed, or you have the specific key phrase or power of the First Race, the golems won’t stop.

"Unfrotunate. Place could be usedul, but it looks like the whole thing's gotta go..." Sasheem commented, grinning a resigned, somber smile.



"Too bad, really...hehehh....really too bad....ahahaha....It's all gotta go HEHEHEHE....AAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!" Sasheem began to cackle, powering up his ki. The truly unfortunate thing to him was that it was made of Katchin. Hardly the easiest thing to destroy but it was doable...but this latching was different. Channeled energy. So Sasheem's solution was simple. Overload it with more than amble amounts.

Energy swirled around his hand until it formed the Annihilation Orb, all his grievance and anger about coming up short in the base put into it as he let's it fly loose within the Katchin walls as it the unstable orb of ki spun rapidly, faster and faster as Sasheem began to supply it with more ki so as to begin to overload it.

"Aw come on!" Dash exclaims, then clenches her fists. Slamming her fists together, she activates full Thunderstorm [Raiu]. "Unfrotunate. Place could be usedul, but it looks like the whole thing's gotta go..." Sasheem commented, grinning a resigned, somber smile.



"Too bad, really...hehehh....really too bad....ahahaha....It's all gotta go HEHEHEHE....AAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!" Sasheem began to cackle, powering up his ki. Before it can get far a massive golem steps out of the wall and catches the attack in its four hands, reducing it and scattering it aside.

It looks over Sasheem and then moves, starling quickly, kicking Sasheem hard enough to send him back into the room with the Coldlight and other golems.

Over the comms, Jinzi’s voice reaches out.

“Coldlight is a go and I got the others you lot rescued onboard. Time to skedaddle folks, let’s go!”

Before it can get far a massive golem steps out of the wall and catches the attack in its four hands, reducing it and scattering it aside.

It looks over Sasheem and then moves, starling quickly, kicking Sasheem hard enough to send him back into the room with the Coldlight and other golems.

Sasheem skidded against the floor and layed there for a minute, muttering to himself.

‘That is good. Mother was sad. Perhaps...perhaps she will be happier in her amends. Thanks you, for that.’

'It remains to be seen, but knowing she understands now what she has done ... I suspect she will at least try.' Ishtar replied with a shrug.

Hearing however, that the asteroid was going to explode -- as someone, or something, had seemingly triggered its self-destruct -- caused Ishtar to focus on what was more important. Namely ...

'The information stored here ... by the First Race, do you know if it can be saved ?'

OT: Also, Cleric ...

Parsley's head bobbed once. 'Thank you. Without transport, you'll be destroyed with the base. I suppose we'll have to take you with us. Do you have a means of being transported? A smaller tube?'

As for the self-destruct sequence, that was fine. It saved her the time and effort that could – "Wait, what?"

A remotely activated sequence begged many questions, none of which they had time to consider. She sighed heavily and activated her comms. "The base's self-destruct sequence has been remotely activated. We have less than five minutes to escape. Don't waste time and get out of here. I'll catch up."

As she struggled against the death grip, she gets another vision



Throwing her head back, her Aura flares up again, an aura filled with fire. The fire expands against the Golems' hand, burning it, increasing pressure on it and will so so until Dash had just enough room to slip out.

From within the aura, her armor changes again as her hair takes on the deep red color of the flame.

OOC: Fire Armor: Multiplies Dash's strength x2, her speed by 3x, and boosts her elemental powers over fire, heat, and light significantly.

As she struggled against the death grip, she gets another vision

Throwing her head back, her Aura flares up again, an aura filled with fire. The fire expands against the Golems' hand, burning it, increasing pressure on it and will so so until Dash had just enough room to slip out.

From within the aura, her armor changes again as her hair takes on the deep red color of the flame.

OOC: Fire Armor: Multiplies Dash's strength x2, her speed by 3x, and boosts her elemental powers over fire, heat, and light significantly.

Once free, Dash raises up her hands and send out a blast of burning hot Ki into it's face, aiming for its' weak point.

Upon releasing the ki blast, her body starts to tremor as she falters and falls down to the ground. As she does, her fire armor reverts back to the base Spider Armour, her hair reverting back to it's normal multicolored appearance.

Landing next to the entrance of the Coldlight, she finds herself exhausted but still conscious.

Dash takes care of her attacker, but as exhausted as she is, that form something she wasn’t prepared for for a while, she’s too tired. Jinzi runs out, drags her in and tells her to rest.

Sasheem skidded against the floor and layed there for a minute, muttering to himself.

It starts afternoon him, lumbering and intent on his demise.
