As far as I'm aware, someone turning him into the Unstoppable Juggercup, is a legitimate tactic as far as beating the Juggernaut goes.

But then wouldn't the person trying to transmute Juggernaut have a problem with the enchantment from Cytorak (sp)? Basically, they would be trying to override Cytorak's enchantment.

Potentially, but without transmutation resistance feats, it's sort of a wash unless we're going to grant Cain 'eh, he's in that tier where we just give him a pass'.
