Rosenberg was reading Gillen's run, that has a really heavy Sinister presence. So I guess Sinister showing up seems likely.
I think it will be a poor showing Emma being controlled by Sinister
Sinister wa smore into Iceman these last days. But the first love, we never forget, they said.
thats some really horrible art
You must accept that Rosenberg is going to make Emma "my crazy ex-girlfriend" because a badly written woman more on his list will not even be noticed.
remember when juggernaut was on a quest to find artifacts to fight a god like six months ago can we read about that instead

1. Well, well. Known associates of Sinister are brought in just because, they're being manipulated and, surprise, surprise, things aren't what they seem. Le gasp.
2. OhmygodwtfisRosenbergdoingwithWolvieIjustcan't. Logan, get over your efffin' manpain, FFS.
3. Those shorts. Oh, Magik, wtf are you doing.
Why does Sinister need Emma? He is a telepath too, it seems an unnecessary step.
Moreover, it only makes it more likely that everything will fail if Emma manages to free herself.
Or it could be Cyclops other long lost dead wife Maddie back looking for unpay child support.
implying that the mastermind of this run ain't fabian cortez

By the way, are the X-Men not supposed to just do their bit to win the War of the Realms? Why is Logan like a drama queen complaining that they are not trying to save the world?
Logan is probably more mad at the fact Scott didn't go all the way with him.
In all seriousness though, Rosenberg probably just wanted Logan away for a last minute rescue and thought this would be a feasible explanation enough to have him away from the team. I feel the explanation for everything is going to be disappointing. Hope I'm wrong.
