    Without Infinity Stones, Thanos has no counter to being dumped into the Mirror Dimension, or getting himself bisected by a thrown portal that is turned off while Thanos is still passing through it.

    Unless you are counting Strange predicting the future and setting up a domino effect as his own standalone feat. Cause even then... Tony did best lol

    Technically, Thor did the best against Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War, but it's largely deemed as the opposite because it still enabled the snap to occur.

    Regardless, getting back to the topic, Thanos is just a brick without any Infinity Stones, and Doctor Strange does indeed have a myriad of ways to deal with him without a fuss.

    Finally saw the movie. Without the gems, MCU Thanos simply has no defense against the stuff MCU Strange can do.

    Strange has way too many tools at his disposal to deal with an unboosted Thanos; that's why in Endgame they had to relegate Dr Strange to dam repairman to keep him away from Thanos.
