Not only that, but it was fairly static compared to other MCU fights. 80% of the battle was shooting at things. And the final move was Tony and Rhodey shooting at each other.

It is highly underrated action sequence and it is definitely not against a "boss", but I always loved the opening action sequence of Civil War where Cap and his crew try to stop Crossbones and his crew.
