Writer Louise Simonson and artist June Brigman will reunite for a new Power Pack story set in the team's classic continuity with August 28's Power Pack: Grow Up #1.

I'll be picking up this one-shot. As a fan of both the original series, and the 2005-Onward All-Ages series this should be a real treat.
Continuity, even in a "shared" comics universe is often insignificant if not largely detrimental to the quality of a comic.

Wait, Power Pack with Louis Simonson and June Brigman? Hell yeah, I'm in. I've actually only read a small amount of the original run and probably won't get to the rest before August, but I don't care. I definitely want to support this.

Could a mod please change the title to make it clear it's a one-shot. Thanks.

Really interested in the one-shot. Hopefully we'll see more of Power Pack in the future

Fun news. This is a rare new book I'll actually pick up. I always thought June was underrated as an artist an Louise is great.

It's nice to see Power Pack finally "back" (if only in a flashback story) although I'm so used to the team's visual via Gurihiru .

Actually, Gurihiru's version is in there too, as the backup story.

I think the first post must have a variant cover, this is the main one:

Nice throwback issue and great bonus on the return of the actual creators of the Power Pack team.

I'm in. Marvel was a hell of a lot of fun during this era.

Power Pack is cool. Wolverine and the Brood scream "DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!" to me.

First we get half of the Power Pack headlining Future Foundation, then we get this one-shot with the crew or the original series and the artist of the 2000s all-ages series, and then what's next?

I'd say a tv show but now that they have the FF rights back what would be the point.

Damn, I missed that it was a one-shot. Still good, but more like that other recent one shot.

I guess the story of the Power Pack will be told one issue every couple years for the foreseeable future.
