    Rosenberg said Uncanny was the last X-book he was doing for now. So I hope that stays true.

    Creed & Banshee are alive in HOX. So again, safe to say Uncanny was filler.

    We know the answer- either Rosenberg knew Banshee was supposed to be alive and didn't care, or editorial didn't tell him and they care even less. It's not like his death was epic and memorable either.
