    I forgot about that. Hot take: de-accenting characters is a way of removing the 'taint' of the working-classes. Marvel should have an accent coach write a style guide from them.

    accents kill dialogue every time someone tries to be chris claremont and murders the english language because they can't just write the distinguishable dialect

    KT outright said she was letting go of the accent because Rogue had outgrown it. Another miss in the way she handles Rogue, in my opinion.
