Catwoman/Nightwing conversation late 1990's

The info on this is vague but I seem to remember a conversation between Catwoman and Nightwing (it might have been during the later BTAS or it might have been in Dick's own comic...it was definitely late 1990's or so) where Catwoman is taunting Nightwing about secretly desring her becuase she is his 'Father's Girlfriend'. Dick responds humourously in saying 'He's not my father'.

Anybody recall this conversation and where it took place?

Back when Greg Land bothered to draw. Selina was trying to make Bruce jealous by seducing Grayson but he doesn't fall for her tricks.

Gotham Knights is the one! Thank you. I had also suspected Nightwing # 52, but coundn't find the panel. The dialogue isn't precisely as I remember it ; but this is definitely it.

Sort of off-topic...but regarding Selina's costume ; I might be wrong but are they still using the cowl with the goggles in titles outside the main Catwoman comic?

They seem to be trying to use the new costume outside the main comic. ‘Tec had the new costume at least.
