    Is this the current female Electro? Because I’ve no idea with her.

    If it’s the now-deceased (still, I assume...?) Dillon, he became pure electricity, so Johnny’s basically screwed. I believe he also pulled the ‘shut-down-brain-electrical-impulses’ trick on at least one occasion, which Johnny would have no defence against.
