Default Who has the most INTEGRITY in the Marvel Universe?

Sure, lifting Mjolnir may be a proof of "worthiness" -- as defined by Odin, I suppose -- but who in all of the Marvel Universe is the most noble, the most trustworthy, the most steadfast and upright, the straight arrow whose unerring moral fiber is unquestioned and always true?

Galactus. A force of nature that keeps his word with lesser beings.

    Spider-Man. Cap.
    Honestly, you could say Doom.

Actually really agree there with Maria Hill. She stood her ground with everything, regardless of how she was perceived. Same with Victoria Hand.

This is my answer as well.
"We live in a world of cowards. We live in a world full of small minds who are afraid. We are ruled by those who refuse to risk anything of their own. Who guard their over bloated paucities of power with money. With false reasoning. With measured hesitance. With prideful, recalcitrant inaction. With hateful invective. With weapons. F@#K these selfish fools and their prevailing world order." Tony Stark

Eh, I would argue against Maria Hill as being the most noble, trustworthy, and upright, due to so much of her being about complaining how many problems superheroes cause, while herself creating problems, never taking any blame, and anytime she does receive consequences for her actions, runs away and goes into hiding. Funnily enough just like with Hand, it was during the Heroic Age Avengers where she felt the most noble and controlled.

Kamala Khan is young and still figuring it out, but if she stays the same person as she gets older she will be the answer imo.

Squirrel Girl is empathetic, sympathetic and understanding. She always looks to help and not punch. I can't think of a time where she didn't do her best to do the right thing, even at cost to herself. She has all the most important qualities of a leader imo. Noble, I guess, that's a hard one for me to define. Trustworthy and upright, absolutely. She stands her ground but is always open to compromise.

Luke Cage fits all of those qualities. He will do what he thinks is right no matter what.

I would have to go with Brubaker era Steve Rogers, Spencer's Sam Wilson, and Slott's Peter Parker

I don't think Slott's Peter had strong integrity. JMS or Spencer's, though, have a stronger argument in my opinion.
