    Congratulations go out to Spike-X for a Marvelous cover which combined both the importance of a character and the love of family. The retro nature of a word balloon on a cover was hidden by the perfect appropriateness of Ben's words. Beauty.

    And what has the captain learned this week? He has learned that despite the glory and honor and wealth bestowed by winning this contest, there is with great power, great responsibility. Sometimes, it's that clear in even the simplest of situations. And the winning cover left us asking questions. "What comes next?" and "Where are Ben and Peter going?". And that trope about endings and beginnings is something we can look for in every one of these issues and in our lives.

    Thanks go out to all for playing and be sure to vote for me, cuz I promise to do a betterer thread titling next time.
