dont know how to explain, but if Young Justice comes to Earth, Doomsday Clock ends etc. there will sureley be a lot of explaining needed.

What do you think will be the consequences?

I mean we saw what happened with Wally...

Now:

there could be a problem with Superman if Conner comes back and Superman finds out that Martha and Jonathan didnt die so early...
Problem with Barry Allen, because he is to a certain degree responsable for all this
Roy (if he comes back),Ollie,Black Canary,Starfire,Nightwing and Donna will be upset if they remember Lian, who wasnt born in NEW52 and Rebirth
etc, etc,

What do you see in the future, because connecting NEW52/Rebirth with Pre-Flashpoint will create trouble and create anger,desperation etc. among the Heroes...

I feel like DC is going to ignore all of the potential ramifications for the missing time years returning and continue with business as usual. Or Doomsday Clock ends with a partial reboot that fixes all of the inconsistencies and regions certain events.

I wouldnt like that...
Because they were blaming Young Justice (in the old Run) and others for little mistakes and I would hate if Barry who is responsible for so much trouble goes away so easily..

First, let's stop this silly idea of demonizing Barry Allen for these perceived continuity problems. First and foremost, he's a fictional character who has no say over what the writers and editors have him do. Second, even setting aside reality and looking at the situation from a purely in-universe perspective, all Barry is "guilty" of is trying to correct what Eobard Thawne, a psychopath, perverted. Barry was about to succeed at doing that when outside forces such as Dr. Manhattan and Pandora intervened with agendas of their own. There are literally four or five layers of culpable parties, both real and imaginary, that you should be looking at instead of Barry Allen.

The thing is readers are unfortunately going to hold Barry accountable as long as writers continue to place the blame squarely on him.

So they are implying that before Crisis it was Barry who kept causing those little retcons on Earth 1 (Donna Troy existing, Mopee, Superman and Superboy both meeting JFK as President, …). Which in turn could be added to his breaching the Earth-1/Earth-2 barrier as proof Barry caused the original Crisis as well.
