He went after one of Tony Stark and Namor's corporate competitor Desmond Marrs. That was an interesting confrontation between the two. I can't think of the issues off hand.

Of course it leaves you wondering why he has never gone after criminals like Sunset Bain, Dario Agger, Sebastian Shaw, etc.

One could argue that Wilson Fisk is a white collar criminal.

As for Bain or Shaw and the rest, Marvel tends to keep the Punisher away from established adversaries from other series, especially super-types like Shaw or Bain.
Current pull-file: Batman the Detective, Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight, Marvel Dark Ages, Nightwing, Superman Son of Kal-El, Transformers, Transformers: King Grimlock, Warhammer 40,000 Sisters of Battle

Also in the Punisher MAX arc, Barracuda, the larger villain besides the titular character is a greedy corporation.

There was a Punisher copycat who was doing exactly that during Ennis run.
But Frank killed him because he made a colateral victim when he gunned down a group of CEO.
Bringing back the old, killing the young: that's the Marvel way

He actually killed Bain was she was eating lunch. I believe it was in Fractions War Journal towards the end of it. They just brought her back with no explanation.

He went after Osborn at the height of his power. He could handle people like Bain and Shaw.

So this doesn't get lost in the shuffle, this story continues into issue number nine.
