Default Do you see the current version of the Marvel universe as an alternate reality?

If you go all the way back to Marvel Comics issue 1, Fantastic Four Volume One, issue 1, Amazing Spider-man 546, Uncanny Avengers 1, Secret Wars (2015) issue 9...

Would you consider the current version of the Marvel universe as part of a multiverse within a single universe?

To me it's pretty much the same reality, but it's in constant flux, changing itself due to the sliding timescale.
DC's concept of a metaverse kind of works better for Marvel, because Marvel actually managed to keep one semi-consistent continuity.

I don't really think there's a meaningful distinction between varying canons. It's all just various titles, and characters borrowing elements from one another.
Continuity, even in a "shared" comics universe is often insignificant if not largely detrimental to the quality of a comic.
