And to pile on, this is Saitama most definitely not approaching going all out. He didn't want to kill Genos. As far as it goes, we've never seen Saitama go all out with anything. He basically plays around until he decides to punch, and that punch annihilates what he hits.

The worst part is even if Ogrest's gets his dragons? "Consecutive Normal Punches"

Yeah. Between scarring the moon, plus overpowering Boros mega attack and causing a global weather distortion with the shockwave of a punch, in skeptical that he's weaker than this guy.

The shockwave thing feels especially noteworthy because Saitama doesn't have killed powers to generate that kind of environmental damage or launch destructive waves. So a direct hit from him would be absurd. He does seem to have an inconsistent amount of control over the force of his punches though.

Side note, it sucks that the animation has taken a nose dive on the latest OPM season. At least the manga still rocks.
