She got hit by Wasp and Ant-Man. It's not like she's totally intangible. She'll need to become tangible when she hits someone or else her punch would phase through the target also

Can Ghost even hit hard enough to do anything to Sif? If not, Sif will eventually land a punch and that will be the end of it.

iirc, she kicked Ant-Man through some walls and was way stronger than Wasp and Ant-Man. Also threw a guy across a room
