Actual Status of Dick Grayson

would like to ask what Dicks ACTUAL status is.

I read the German Comics, which are behind the American Ones...
So I know that he was shot in the head,a new Nightwing came up, but did Dick come back as Nightwing or is he still Rick?

I'm not following his solo title, but he was still Ric Grayson the last time I flipped through an issue a few weeks back. That said, Bendis specifically said that Dick Grayson was written to be in Action #1011, but they swapped him out with Huntress due to his current status quo, but that "Dick" will be appearing in Event Leviathan, which would seem to be a pretty strong indicator that his days as Ric Grayson are numbered. Given how poorly this direction was received by pretty much everyone, I think we'll be seeing a more classic Nightwing very shortly.
