Actual Nightwing Status

would like to ask what Dicks ACTUAL status is.

I read the German Comics, which are behind the American Ones...
So I know that he was shot in the head,a new Nightwing came up, but did Dick come back as Nightwing or is he still Rick?

He's still going by Ric, he knows about being Nightwing but doesn't remember and wants to use that as a fresh start; away from hero stuff. He's still making his way back to being Nightwing, whether he acknowledges it or not, and he's fighting crime with the team of Nightwings that took his place. In my opinion, it's disingenuous to say he's their "sidekick", he's still noticeably more capable then all of them and they know it. He's more of a silent partner or, if the team were Power Rangers, he's Tommy the White Ranger.

LoL Ya a silent partner with no authority, that they refer to as kid, is clearly subservient, and even thinks needs training if he’s gonna work for them.
