At the end of DOOMSDAY CLOCK, what do you expect will be the final fate of Dr. Manhattan? Will he be destroyed by Superman and his allies? Will he be sent back home to the WATCHMEN universe as if nothing had ever changed? Will he be redeemed by his experience and regain his humanity? What would you *want* to see happen to him, if it were your call?

He will be given an eternity in Paradise
Then some hot-shot writer 20 years from now will have him break out and become one of the most evil villains of all time and go on a murderous killing spree.
Either that or wind up in a sanctuary home for troubled heroes and go on a murderous killing spree.

I got the opposite impression: Dr. Manhattan was supposed to help Carver and save his life. He didn't and that's part of why things are falling apart now(besides the other incidents of Dr.Manhattan messing with time). Originally Posted by JonaX
