Thanks for the votes! I think I got the dates right for this week's contest.

Actually, I think the dates got messed up starting with last week's contest.

Here's what we've had in the past month or so:

* Cover Contest May 1 to May 7: I think I got on the wrong Train.
* Cover Contest 5/8-5/14/19 Good Evening, Mr. Hitchcock
* Cover Contest 5/15/19 - 5/21/19: The Not-So "Fantastic" Four

Those three went from a Wednesday to the following Tuesday.

But after that,

* Cover contest 5/22-29: Lo there shall come a Game of Bang / some kind of ending

went from Wednesday to Wednesday?

And now we've got

* Cover Contest May 30 - Jun 6: Warm Me Up

which is from Thursday (?) to Thursday?!?

I'm sooooooooooo confuzled . . .

Good catch. Many of us who've participated for some time are on autopilot so we know the schedule; but just to clarify, the current contest's dates are

May 29th - June 4th (June 4th is voting day)

And I didn't even notice earlier that the ubiquitous rules weren't posted in the OP. As mentioned I think most of us who are veteran Cover Contest Contestants know the drill, but here are the rules anyway:

1) Post One (& ONLY ONE) Cover that fits the theme of this Week's Contest!
2) Cover must be from a Published Comic Book or Collected Volume!
3) Covers must be Posted before Voting Begins!
4) Voting Begins 12 AM Tuesday and Runs Until 12 AM Wednesday PST (3 AM EST)!
5) Vote by Posting the name in BOLD of the Poster whose cover best fits the theme or that you simply like the most! A vote need not be in bold, but it does make it easier to Count-The-Votes!6) The Winner of the Contest is the Entry with the MOST Votes after the Voting-Period!
7) It's Okay to Discuss the Covers but if you Think Someone's Entry Doesn't Fit the Theme or Violates the Rules, you Don't need to Argue it in the thread, Simply Don't Vote for It!
8) Plus: Occasionally Voting will Result in a Tie! The Person Who Started the Thread will do the Counting that Week will Usually call for a TIE-Breaking --Vote from Someone who has Not Yet Voted!
9) AFTER the Tie-Breaker Vote, Voting Ends and the Winner is Declared by The One Who Started the Thread (or assigned surrogate) and Thus will do the Counting.
10) HAVE FUN!

That would be me… when I edited the contest title to include the dates I was in a rush and on my phone so I didn't properly check the dates. Mea culpa.

I also take blame in this. I may have miscalculated the dates in my message to an admin to fix the title of the thread. In true comic book fashion, attempts to fix a mistake cause other problems.
