Golden Age character-birthday issues

Somewhere in the back of mind, from many years ago, I have a vague and possibly entirely incorrect memory. I recall someone saying that in the golden age, whenever birthdays were shown for Clark or Bruce (or Diana?), they were indicated to always be turning 26. I may be misremembering, or maybe I read bad information.

In any event, could anyone point me at any GA stories where any of these three celebrate a birthday?

Not sure, though the Bruce Wayne of Earth-Two was said to have been born in 1915.
