Each one takes 7 1v1 fights total against the others.

Who has the best win-loss record after all 7 (all mammals regenerate after each fight).

Bonus: who wins the guantlet?

Double bonus: two hybrids, the Liger and the Grolar Bear, enter the fray ... how do they do here?

My uninformed gut tells me the Lion would beat all the Big Cats, including the heavier Tiger. I think on sheer brute force, the Kodiak bear barely edges the Polar Bear.

The rumble, oddly, is that all of them go against all of the others. So the cats are dead: the lion and tiger can probably both take the black bear, but Grizz, Kodiak and Polar all ANNIHILATE any cat.

So we are left with the two brownies and the polar bear. Kodiak is basically a slightly larger Grizz, so he'll take that. Polar and Kodiak are basically the same size.

Bears trade agility and a degree of mobility for bulk and power. The big cats just can't deal substantial damage as quickly as the bears can. It's like putting old George Foreman against Sugar Ray Leonard.
