If Milestone was its own universe I think it would cool to have its own Green Lantern and Flash like Earth-1 and Earth-2:

Green Lantern - College student and genius computer hacker Keli Cruz has discovered a computer/video game company has created a new program called "LANTERN" which is can create realistic holograms. The company plans on using it to create a new game but Keli decides to hack into their system and plays around with it using a green power glove. Realizing if she makes a few adjustments she could make holograms in the outside of the game and decides to become a physical hero called the Green Lantern. (A combination of a bit of PoweRing and Teen Lantern)

The Flash - Security guard Terrance "TJ" Jackson is hired to guard a laboratory where a science experiment featuring a machine gathering solar radiation is going on. Where a problem arises TJ tries to get the only scientist not running away, Dr. Hubert Broome, to safety but the Dr. tried to push him out of the way. They are both hit with blasts of solar radiation and TJ wakes up with the power of super speed meanwhile Dr. Broome pretends to be okay while hiding his own powers of super speed. TJ decides to use his powers to fight crime and to continue his duties as a security guard.

I'm mixed on DC heroes popping up but I don't mind this approach.

* One for flight.

He can combine aspects of these armors together for more versatile combat and he has been working on ways to "evolve" them.

Umbra aka Anucha Kanha. A man from Thailand who an create three types of armor:

* One for strength and close-quarters combat.

* One for speed.

* One for flight.

He can combine aspects of these armors together for more versatile combat and he has been working on ways to "evolve" them.

I like that idea. Is the armor technological or a power manifestation? Made of energy, local matter or grown organically? There's a ton of possibility here!

(One that creates organic armor, for instance, might grow a big beetle carapace, or a sleek long-limbed mantid for speed, or a pterasaur-looking winged carapace for flight, while one that has shifting tech armor, or creates glowing force-construct armor a la a Green Lantern, would be quite different!)

It's a power manifestation. He's one of my "creator" sub-class of metahumans.
